Eakin Healthcare is a family owned business which was established by Jeremy’s father in 1973. From its sites in Comber, Coleraine and Cardiff, it manufactures medical devices in three therapeutic areas; ostomy, respiratory and surgical.
The company’s products are available in more than 50 countries through a network of international distributors and direct to market subsidiaries. It employs up to 700 people in seven countries. Eakin Healthcare has grown significantly in recent years, acquiring Coleraine based Armstrong Medical in 2020.
