How technology can help make the world a more inclusive place
Deloitte is hosting the world’s first LGBTQ+ VR museum (a Tribeca award-winning immersive experience) in its Belfast office from today until 31st March and we’d love you to attend to experience the VR museum first-hand.
The experience will last for one hour and can host up to 6 people. If you and your colleagues would like to attend – simply visit the booking page here. We’d love for you to extend the invitation to wider networks who you think might enjoy an experience focused on D&I, purposeful technology, and immersive storytelling.
Also, if you are comfortable, to share your story or reflections on the experience to help inspire and educate those who attend the museum in the future.
Stories to inspire change
We believe technology can help make the world a more inclusive place. That’s why we’ve partnered with the LGBTQ+ VR museum to explore how immersive storytelling can help change the way we think. Stories have the power to challenge perceptions, celebrate progress and give hope. Great storytelling has always led to great impact, and technology won’t change that. But it can change who tells the story, how it’s told, and how far it travels. Different stories, told in different ways, can make us think differently about the world, about those we know and those we don’t.
It’s why we’re inviting people to see life through a different lens – in more ways than one. Because a change in perspective, leads to a change in attitude. And a change in attitude, leads to the change we want to see in the world.
