NI Property Girl, a leading property investment firm from Northern Ireland, is celebrating its success having helped their clients purchase over £8m of investment property since the business launched in 2020.

Eimear Gourley, known as the ‘NI Property Girl’, established Keego Investments in April 2020, becoming ‘NI Property Girl’ earlier this year, with a now team of seven. Eimear, who launched the business at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, leveraged her construction industry background as a civil engineer to assist budding and seasoned property investors in Northern Ireland in building and growing their property portfolios.

The business has been designed to guide those who lack experience in property investing or simply do not have the time to navigate the complex process themselves. The team takes their clients through the comprehensive journey of property investing, starting from the initiation phase to the final touches in refurbishment.

Eimear commented: “My mission is to help clients build their property portfolios, be it a single property or tens of properties. I determine the investment amount that the client is comfortable with, the expected return, negotiate the purchasing price with the seller, estimate any necessary refurbishment works, and assist with the purchasing process. With a well-experienced team of solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other industry experts, I aim to make the investment journey as seamless as possible for my clients.”

With her extensive background as a civil engineer and project manager for multi-million pound construction sites, Eimear is well-equipped with a wealth of knowledge in the sector. She advises that the Greater Belfast area is an ideal choice for buy-to-let investors, attributing this to the strong capital growth and rental demand present in the region.

Eimear continued: “We always strive to make investment decisions based on our client’s financial considerations, however, Belfast is typically a wise and secure choice. Investors not only aim for strong rental income but also want to leverage capital growth, and to provide our clients with the best possible results, that’s where our focus lies.”

In line with her commitment to make property investment more accessible, Eimear has also created a new property course, tailored specifically for individuals interested in venturing into property investment.
