Clockwise Offices, based in River House in Belfast have been featured in the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024, powered by WorkL.

This accolade recognises their commitment to creating a work environment where initiatives that maintain and improve their team’s physical and mental health are prioritised; from the design of their office spaces to the way they run their business.

Speaking of their inclusion in 2024’s list, COO Alexandra Livesey said “Receiving this recognition is a glowing reflection of our dedication to cultivating an exceptional workplace environment at Clockwise.

At the heart of our success lies our incredible colleagues, whose commitment, creativity, and collaboration fuel our values led culture. Led by our Director of People and Culture, Jo Sweeney, we prioritise the well-being and professional development of every person within our organisation. Jo’s leadership has been instrumental in crafting an inclusive and supportive culture where ideas and individuals are valued.”

The company launched a workspace in the metaverse last year, taking flexible working to a new level. They provide regular check in’s with all employees and wellness hours are part of their comprehensive support. Access to one-on-one therapy, counselling and life coaching services has seen users reporting a 96% reduction in stress, anxiety and depression.  Enhanced parental leave and private healthcare are offered alongside a cycle to work scheme.
