Event Description

The research is highly relevant to executives from both SMEs and large multinationals. Until recently, Asia (and especially China) has been a ‘must-win market’ in terms of sales of product-services, global supply chain/sourcing as well as cost savings (arbitrage). The growth story seamed endless. However, Covid-19 and geopolitical shifts have triggered the perception that China is a challenging market, and that international businesses are less welcome. The session will unpack the situation and provide a roadmap in terms of which strategies and leadership practises that are most effective going forward, i.e. we will be discussing strategies for companies to use leadership to strive in dynamic environments.’
