Over the Bloody Moon and Cleaver Fulton Rankin are delighted to launch the inaugural Menopause Matters at Work conference, hosted at The MAC, Belfast, on 6 September 2024.
The conference will host HR, DEI, Talent & Employee Engagement specialists from across NI for a day of insights and guidance on how to create a menopause-inclusive workplace culture.
What this event will cover
The inaugural Menopause Matters at Work conference will cover practical solutions for developing an effective menopause workplace strategy, case studies from clients of Over the Bloody Moon, the legal issues for employers, and information on implementing reasonable adjustments.
Delegates will also have the opportunity to see and experience Over the Bloody Moon’s MenoVest™, the world’s first menopause simulator, in action, and will gain exclusive access to the Menopause Matters at Work Toolkit, a vital workplace resource to assist with developing allyship, fostering inclusivity and breaking the taboo around menopause in the workplace.
