The President of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) joined Lambert Smith Hampton as the first special guest for its new series of business events, LSH Talks.

Lambert Smith Hampton, Northern Ireland’s largest commercial property agency, welcomed over 100 clients and contacts to an audience with Jarlath Burns at its offices in The Kelvin in Belfast.

Guests from across the local property and business community were treated to drinks and canapes before the GAA President was interviewed on stage by Paul McErlean, director of Cavendish and former Antrim GAA midfielder.

Neil McShane, Managing Director, LSH Ireland said: “LSH is a proud sponsor of a range of sports clubs and events and we’ve always had strong links to the GAA through our team, many of whom are longstanding members of their local clubs.

“Over the next 18 months we will be chatting with people at the pinnacle of their sport or profession and we were delighted to get the series off to a flying start tonight with the President of the GAA, Jarlath Burns.”

Darren Fitzsimons, Director & Head of Valuation at Lambert Smith Hampton added: “As a lifelong gaelic football fan and coach at The Russell Gaelic Union Downpatrick, it was fantastic on a personal level to hear Jarlath’s insights into the GAA.

“Since taking up the mantle as Uachtarán Cumann Lúthchleas Gael in February of this year there is no doubt Jarlath has grasped the nettle and is a transformational leader. Our guests really enjoyed hearing what he had to say.”
