Inspiring collaboration for business growth: Momentum 2024
This report is based on our April 2024 event, ‘Momentum’, where influential speakers came together to discuss topics such as positioning NI as a competitive region, boosting NI’s green growth, catalysing innovation, and more.
The report goes into key takeaways from each of the five panels, offers a keynote address from the Economy Minister, and provides a summary of actions called for.
Mission: Business Growth
As a place to live, work and do business, Northern Ireland has strength-in-depth. It is the UK’s fastest growing region for business start-ups, with a proven propensity for innovation in high-growth sectors including Health and Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Tech and Financial Services.
Quarterly Economic Survey (QES)
Delivered in partnership with BDO NI, the QES is the largest survey of business opinion conducted in Northern Ireland.
Trade Mission to the US
NI Chamber has embarked on a trade mission to Washington and North Carolina to build and strengthen ties between Northern Ireland and the US.
Consultations
NI Chamber frequently responds to policy consultations on behalf of its members. This includes providing feedback to the Department of Finance on draft budgets, as well as responses to significant strategies such as those on energy, skills and the 10X Economy.
Energy Forum
The NI Chamber & SONI Energy Forum provides a bridge between energy providers and large energy users in Northern Ireland.
