NI Chamber and Bank of Ireland invite marketing and communications professionals to start their day with a Business Breakfast on Friday 12 May in Custom House, Belfast.
The event is designed to help marketers out-pace, out-perform and build their brand for optimal results. A panel of experts will discuss how businesses can use the power of their brand as a vehicle for business growth.

Hilary Quinn, Marketing Director, Diageo Ireland
Hilary is responsible for the strategic marketing direction and leadership that leads the growth of the full portfolio of Diageo beer and spirits brands across the Island of Ireland. She joined Diageo Ireland in May 2020 from Coca-Cola, where her most recent role was Marketing Director for the 14 countries of Western Europe. Hilary is passionate about bold and brave marketing, having led the infamous ‘Share A Coke’ campaign in Western Europe. Having started her marketing career at Unilever where she discovered her love for innovation, Hilary went on to launch several brands across Europe whilst at both Unilever and Coca-Cola. At Diageo, Hilary has overseen a period of very strong growth for the Guinness brand including two new innovation launches; Guinness 0.0 and Guinness NitroSurge.
Jeremy Poots and Paul Martin, joint Managing Partners, Mammoth
Jeremy and Paul are the founders and joint Managing Partners of brand and advertising agency, Mammoth. Since 2001, they’ve been driving brands and businesses to continually push for better. With a growing team of 80+ and offices in Belfast & London, Mammoth was ranked top three in the UK for Independent Creative Agencies in 2022.
As Executive Creative Lead, Paul Martin brings over 30 years’ experience in brand, advertising and design consultancy. Paul has extensive experience managing large, complex brand strategy and business transformation projects. And as Strategic Lead, Jeremy Poots heads up the wider Mammoth team to strategically plan and oversee all core client projects. Jeremy has a range of expertise across client management, brand strategy, media planning and digital marketing.
