NI Chamber and PR Business Growth Services (PRBGS) invite you to a ‘Masterclass in Agile Business Growth’ on Tuesday 6 June at BT Tower, Belfast. If you have a business growth challenge or would like to find out more about the PRBGS Agile Business Growth Framework this event is for you.
Strategic planning is becoming extremely challenging for organisations, independent of scale and industry, in our unpredictable and disruptive world. PRBGS has been created to provide key services to senior management and executive teams to help them grow and transform their business during the uncertain and disruptive times that we live and work in.
The big question for every leadership team is “how do you pivot and adapt your business, when everyone is so busy and reactive doing their day job”. The Agile Business Growth Framework has been created for this type of challenge. This framework looks at 5 key business areas:
- Leadership/People/Culture
- Value Proposition
- Sales and Marketing
- Customer Focus
- Performance & KPIs
At this event, Peter Russell, Managing Director at PRBGS, will discuss the framework and how it can be applied to your business. He will outline how to identify your company’s current position, your vision and desired future state as well as building a phased execution plan. Delegates will leave the session with refreshed purpose, strategy on a page and key execution priorities to build out your strategic direction for the next 3 years.
NI Chamber recently used this framework to build it’s new “Refresh and Relaunch” 2022 plan. Chief Executive, Ann McGregor explained: “We needed to speedily pivot and adapt our business model post-Covid and working with Peter and his Agile Business Growth Framework really accelerated our planning. It was a very collaborative process so our SMT and staff were closely involved from the start, and this has really helped bring the team with us”.
