Nevin Molyneaux, Software Technical Specialist at Sensata Technologies, will share how the company has developed innovative learning and development programmes internally to engage technical employees and discuss how this has positively impacted the recruitment and retention of staff.

Michael Bower, Assistant Director at The Open University in Ireland
Michael is Assistant Director at The Open University in Ireland. He is responsible for the quality of support provided to Open University students on the island and for external partnerships. Michael ensures that the OU is aligned to the skills needs of Northern Ireland through providing flexible upskilling to citizens. He was previously a Special Adviser to Dr Stephen Farry MLA while Dr Farry was Minister for Employment and Learning.
Nevin Molyneaux, Software Technical Specialist at Sensata Technologies
Nevin Molyneaux is a Chartered Engineer and embedded software Technical Specialist for Sensata Technologies. Nevin has been with Sensata (formerly Schrader Electronics) for over two decades having joined as a graduate Engineer in 1998. During this time, Nevin has occupied a number of roles within the company gaining a wealth of experience in engineering and the company’s Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensor technology. He has been promoted to a senior member of Sensata’s technical staff and is one of the company’s technical coaches, sharing his in-depth knowledge and skills with other team members.
