Innovation can often be misunderstood – it is not always a big idea that gets people talking. It can be small, incremental changes driven by companies across all sizes and sectors who continually develop and evolve their offering to stay relevant and competitive.

NI Chamber and Bank of Ireland invite all those working in R&D, innovation, product development and marketing roles to start their day with a Business Breakfast on Friday 11 November, in Dunadry Hotel and Gardens.

Companies from two different sectors will share how innovation is embedded within their business processes and how this enables their business to adapt to changing markets, pioneer new products and drive growth.

Key themes will include:

  • Developing and evolving products to gain and retain your competitive edge
  • Creating a culture that encourages and fosters new ideas
  • Driving innovation throughout all business processes, from recruitment and marketing to new product development and sales

Romain Ingouf, Technical Director at Artemis Technologies, will share how the world leading, high-performance maritime technology company places innovation at the core of its business, allowing it to launch products such as the world’s first 100% electric foiling workboat. Bronagh Clarke, Marketing Director at Kestrel Foods, will share how this award winning local business produces innovative, premium snacks and granolas under the Forest Feast, ACTI-SNACK and Just Live a Little brands.

Who is this event for?

This event is for all those responsible for innovation within their organisation including R&D, product development, sales and marketing. There will be an opportunity to learn from company speakers, ask questions and connect with others working in similar roles across a range of industries.
