Event Description

The Department for the Economy, Labour Relations Agency and Timely Careers are hosting a conference to demonstrate the business benefits of wider adoption of flexible working practices to help employers overcome recruitment and retention issues and grow the NI economy.  This important conference will explore the research evidence and showcase good practice flexible working practices by employers from Great Britain and closer to home.

 

Building on the Labour Relations Agency’s conference in 2023, you are personally invited to attend this important event aimed at a select number of employers.  Delegate places are limited and only a select number of employers have been invited to attend, therefore this important conference is expected to be oversubscribed, so early registration is strongly advised.
