Event Description

In this session we’ll chat with Chrissy McDougall, Positive Psychology Training Practitioner at Neurodiversity in Business about how organisations can create a welcome and inclusive culture.

Paul Fox, VP of Inclusive Technologies at Texthelp will provide an insight into assistive technologies businesses can adapt to support them in their diversity, inclusion and accessibility journey.

Alex Bunting, Director of Therapeutic Services at Inspire will challenges in creating a neuro-inclusive workplace and how they can be overcome; and Jayne Crampton, Senior Interior Designer will discuss how the workplace can be adapted to suit neurodiverse individuals.

Our Managing Director Ronnie Crawford will chair the discussion.
