Introduction to Sales and Marketing

Event Description

Available for businesses, social enterprises and co-operatives based in the Belfast City Council area with less than 50 full-time employees (or part-time equivalent) trading for at least 6 months.

This interactive workshop looks at Sales and Marketing from core definitions to the relationship / inextricable links between each area.

We will look at the key differences between Sales and Marketing as well as the overlaps. From this, the workshop will move into the importance of defining target customers / clients and personas whilst ensuring the client experience matches the marketing messages and sales promises.

The workshop will help attending businesses to understand best practice Sales and Marketing whilst identifying key, practical action areas that can be taken forward to facilitate your business growth.
