COURSE OBJECTIVES
On completion of this 2 Day SQL Query Language training course, delegates should be able to:
• Describe the uses of and ways to execute the SQL language.
• Use querying tools.
• Write SELECT queries to retrieve data.
• Group and summarize data by using SQL.
• Join data from multiple tables.
• Modify data in tables.
• Query text fields with full-text search.
• Describe how to create programming objects.

• SQL Server database administrators
• SQL Server implementers

COURSE PREREQUISITES
Before attending this course, delegates are expected to have:
• Experience using a Microsoft Windows operating system.
• An understanding of basic relational database concepts, including:
o Logical and physical database design
o Data integrity concepts
o Relationships between tables and columns (primary key and foreign key, one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-many)
o How data is stored in tables (rows and columns)
