A new Belfast based company have partnered with a leading Danish facade supplier to bring the best of sustainable facade systems to the UK and Ireland!
Nordic Facades – based at Springbank Industrial Estate – supply and distribute timber and aluminium facade systems with a low carbon footprint. Their partner – Nordisk Profil A/S – specialise in creating design-flexible and project-adapted facade cladding for a wide range of buildings and have over 30 years of experience in facade solutions for a wide range of segments within the Scandinavian construction sector. The partnership came about following an introduction through mutual contacts at an exhibition in Copenhagen.

An innovative fire impregnation solution from fellow Belfast based company HALT NFR is used for the impregnation of wooden slats to provide protection from fire. It is a 100% non-toxic, environmentally friendly and biodegradable solution and is the only fire retardant on the market that has achieved accreditation, approval and full classification according to EN16755.
