Applicants should share a passion for arts and culture which is excellent, sustainable, inclusive, diverse, and valued as an economic, social, cultural and educational driver across Northern Ireland. Arts & Business NI value a broad range of experiences on their Board.

A&B NI are particularly keen to hear from those who:
- Work in a cultural organisation and are engaged in generating income
- Excel in strategic communications and/or communicating impact
- Inspire or drive new ways of doing things in a cultural or corporate business
