Danske Bank chief named new chair for Business in the Community

Vicky Davies, Chief Executive, Danske Bank has been named as the new Chair for the responsible business network, Business in the Community, taking over from Chris Conway, Chief Executive, Translink.

Vicky said: “I feel truly honoured to be taking on the role of Chair for Business in the Community Northern Ireland. Danske Bank is a founding member of Business in the Community Northern Ireland and has been proud to be involved ever since.

“I firmly believe in the impact the business community can make. As individual businesses, we’re all making a difference in people’s lives, but together I believe we can do so much more. By harnessing our skills and resources to tackle some of society’s most challenging issues, we really can be a force for good.

“I look forward to working with all of our members and partners over the coming weeks and months as we strive to create a more sustainable future through responsible business.”
