Last week marked the first step on an exciting career path for graduates from across Northern Ireland as our first cohort from our Financial Services Graduate Programme 2023 arrived at our Porto office to commence their week-long induction.

Alongside an in-depth training period, our graduates also experienced some of the attractions across this majestic city before returning to our Northern Ireland offices to continue their training.

Our second 2023 cohort will be joining us in October and will also complete their Porto-based induction week.
