GEORGIAN ARMAGH: Armagh City welcomed thousands of visitors over the weekend for its annual Georgian Festival celebrations. Fun, food and frolics featured across a packed four-day programme with Georgian-costumed characters taking visitors back in time through historic venues and along the cobbled streets and squares of the island of Ireland’s oldest city. The much-loved annual Christmas Light Show was back bigger and better than ever before and served as a highlight event for families who travelled from near and far. From street urchins, living history characters to hot chestnuts and mulled wine, festive walking tours and horse and carriage rides, old-time festive traditions were shared as part of a magical Armagh Christmas event.
