Many organisations have robust ED&I policies but fall short of taking the next step – improving the organisational culture to create an inclusive, happier, and more productive workplace experience.

Giving staff the opportunity to share their experiences and ideas ignites the creative process. For example, staff events and other initiatives that reflect a broad range of abilities, cultures, and experiences makes a richer contribution to creativity and innovation.

A skills-based recruitment policy that reflects cognitive diversity will attract top talent from various demographics, enhancing innovation, creative problem solving and, ultimately, productivity. A more productive, happier workforce positively reinforces the organisational culture and boosts staff retention. Better outcomes for all.

Key to this is finding the right training that equips leaders with the skills to manage diverse teams effectively, and helps them start to create a more inclusive workplace culture.

ChangeMaker is a unique training experience that brings both executivecoaching and arts techniques together to help leaders make tangible improvements in recruitment, staff retention, and productivity.

It provides a fascinating insight into perception and misconception, so that organisational leaders can communicate better with a diverse workforce.
