Kane have secured a £30 million design and build contract with John Sisk & Sons to deliver the MEP installation at Great Wolf Lodge Resort in Bicester, close to Oxford.

Great Wolf Lodge Resort, an American brand, is the first of its kind in the UK and consists of a 504-bedroom hotel, a large ground floor family entertainment centre including a bowling alley, restaurants and arcades which connect to a large waterpark.

Innovative service corridor modules and an offsite prefabricated Energy Centre will be designed and installed by Kane’s in-house team on this project, ensuring quality assurance and efficient programming.
