Following an announcement on 01 March 2023, Glanbia Cheese Ltd and Glanbia Cheese EU are now 100% owned by Leprino Foods Company, following their acquisition of the balance of the UK and EU businesses from Glanbia Plc. at the end of April 2023.
The UK and EU operations will continue to run as they have for the past 23 years with Paul Vernon and our senior management team running the day-to-day activities.
Over the course of the last 3 months, we have been managing the process of re-branding the business as Leprino Foods. Whilst the UK and EU businesses will be known simply as Leprino Foods, the official transition will see Glanbia Cheese Limited become Leprino Foods Limited and Glanbia Cheese EU Limited become Leprino Foods EU Limited. Our name change went live on 30 July 2023.
These are exciting times for the new Leprino Foods businesses in the UK and EU, but as always, we remain focused on service and quality through this transition period.
