NIMMS Ltd has achieved Level 1 in a recent audit of its workplace health and wellbeing activities called the Take 5 Accreditation.
We were one of 10 companies recognised at a special event held on 19 October at The Rabbit Hotel in Templepatrick.
Catherine Downey, Wellbeing Programme Manager at Business in the Community commented: “By completing the Take 5 Accreditation, these organisations are publicly demonstrating their commitment to the wellbeing of their employees responsibly and transparently. The process and results allow organisations to examine and reflect on their wellbeing performance, benchmark themselves against others and drive improvements for the benefit of their people and to strengthen their business.
Selena Ramsey, Health and Wellbeing Manager – Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, Northern Health & Social Care Trust added: “The Take 5 Accreditation supports workplaces to strategically implement five steps to wellbeing in their health and wellbeing action plan for their employees. It is encouraging to see so many organisations being recognised for their commitment to employee health and wellbeing.”
Kelly Lavery, Managing Director, Nimms Ltd – “It has been an honour to be part of the Take 5 journey and we are excited to see what we can achieve in the next 12 months here at NIMMS. This process wouldn’t have been possible without the support we have received from both Catherine and Selina. I would highly recommend the 5 Steps to Wellbeing Programme to everyone.
