Laura Blacklock has been appointed chief client relations officer (CCRO) at Holywood-based cloud-computing company 3EN. The move comes as 3EN makes changes to its senior leadership team ahead of the new year.
3EN is one of Europe’s most qualified Oracle NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions partners. Its cloud technology helps businesses to drive growth through improving efficiency with seamless integration between Oracle NetSuite and other software platforms.
Laura, who has worked at 3EN since 2012, is the company’s longest-serving employee. Her first role at the company was in administration, moving onto sales, and then quickly moving through the ranks to become head of client services. In this role she oversaw the day to day running of the client services department. More recently, Laura took on the role of head of revenue operations, before being appointed as chief client relations officer earlier this year.
3EN’s C-suite team is made up of CEO Dale Cree, COO Alison Cree, CFO Sharon-Louise McKay, CITO Mark Bell, MD of Enco Mike Hinton, and now CCRO Laura. The promotion comes as 3EN looks to advance the services it offers to clients in 2024.
Speaking on the promotion, Laura said: “Everything I know about business, Oracle NetSuite, sales, and client services was learned at 3EN. It’s a privilege and an honour to take on the role of chief client relations officer at this point in my career. The promotion recognises the relationships I’ve built with our clients and the skills I’ve honed in my job over the past twelve years.
“The promotion is especially exciting for me because I gain another platform to use to help our exceptionally talented team members step into new opportunities and shine bright in their careers. We plan to offer our clients some new and improved services in 2024, which we’re excited to launch together.”
