Ulster Rugby recruiting for new Head of Commercial

In partnership with executive search firm, 4c Executive, Ulster Rugby is hiring for a new senior leader to drive forward the club’s commercial ambitions.
A high-performing professional rugby club, the Governing Body for a vibrant community game across the province, and a sustainable local business and employer, Ulster Rugby is looking to appoint a new Head of Commercial to grow on-pitch success by maximising off-field income for the club.
As part of Senior Management, the successful individual will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the strategies, structures, and processes which will drive all functions within Ulster Rugby which impact on revenue generation.

“We expect the successful candidate to generate income through our existing sponsors and partners, and identify and secure new opportunities, that will bring about success for all those who represent Ulster – whether that be under the Friday night lights at Kingspan Stadium, or at their local club on a Saturday morning.
“This will be a challenging and rewarding role for an ambitious individual who will play their part in Ulster Rugby building pride in the province, both on and off the pitch.”
