Viberoptix was named the winner of the prestigious Best Resourcing and Talent Management Award at the CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards, held this month in Belfast. Shortlisted against established and some of the best NI businesses, for Viberoptix, as a relatively new company operating since January 2020, this is a major achievement.
Comments from the judges included the commitment to strategize and think differently about resourcing and talent management, from building a bespoke Training Academy to attract and retain staff, to upskilling and mentoring the current team. They noted that the wide variety of initiatives used was testament to the Company and its growth.
