Free export support programme for women launches in Northern Ireland.

Are you a female founder, leader or executive in Northern Ireland looking for the next step on your international business journey?

Following the success of last year’s Women’s International Network (WIN) pilot in the North of England, the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is delighted to open applications for the 2025 cohort across all of the UK, including to women business leaders in Northern Ireland.

This new programme has been designed to help women discover how to access overseas markets, build confidence, and assist women-led businesses in developing a plan to internationalise their business – alongside a network of peers who are looking to do exactly the same.

We are here to help you shatter barriers, embrace connections and opportunities, and empower you to take your business to new heights internationally.

Don’t just take our word for it. This is what some of our WINners had to say about their experience this year:

“There has been a major shift within the business over the last six months and WIN were a part of that.”

“Positive synergy sums up my experience.”

“I found the programme inspirational.”

“A wonderful trade mission with lifelong professional connections made.”
