People & Skills Lead

Through consultation with members, Phil guides policy development to recommend policy positions which represent the business view. He is particularly focused on developing policy to support a skilled and inclusive workforce.

Phil also manages the delivery of NI Chamber’s public affairs events. He currently represents NI Chamber on the All-Party Group on Early Education and Childcare.
